I can't access Origin, it only shows loading grey boxes

This doesn't work for me. I found appdata folder but in Roaming and Local folder there is no Origin Folder... any tip?

Do you have Origin fully installed @StukaBazooka?

In your roaming folder, there should be an Origin folder. If you are not seeing it then it may be the case that Origin is not installed on your system. Can you go ahead and try the steps again, if you can grab a screenshot of the folder you are in that could help.

Hey @Linisan04 what happens when you attempt to delete the folders while clearing the cache?

Do you see an error message of some kind?

this happened to me, where i try to remove all of the folders besides local content and it has left me with local content and logs, but every time i try to remove logs it comes up with ''folder in use" and i cannot remove the logs folder. this is all really helpful information thank you

Hey @Dawnkimpoo can you check your task manager and ensure that Origin is not running in the background and then try to clear the cache again.

@EA_Darko hi, i'm having the same problem as @Dawnkimpoo but origin is not in task manager. Everything will individually delete from the log folder except for OriginWebHelperService_Log.txt. Any advice would be appreciated
