I have uninstalled and reinstalled Origin multiple times but it still won't load and I can't play Sims 4. I've tried looking for answers but none that I have found worked on my MacBook Pro. I'm able to sign into Origin but there's only loading grey boxes that show up. I was able to sign into Origin on the website and it works fine, but its when I launch Origin when it doesn't work. Any help will be much appreciated, I'm not very tech savvy and I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do.

There is no need to uninstall Origin @maven3235.
You just need to follow the steps exactly as laid out. If doing so makes no difference then can you try resetting Origin on your Mac using the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-sg/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

Sorry about hat @maven3235, thought I'd copied the PC rather than Mac steps and when I went in to check realised that I had saved over the Mac steps with the PC ones.
You can clear the Origin Cache on Mac by following the steps below:
Open your local hard drive.
Macs have two library folders: a root level folder and a user level library folder (~). Follow the root level folder.
Open the Library folder.
You can either use the keys Command ⌘ + Shift + G or use Finder > Go > Go to Folder.
Open the Application Support folder, then open the Origin folder.
Delete the DownloadCache folder.
Empty your Trash.
Log in to the Origin client and check for your games in My Game Library
Let me know if it works.

@EA_Darko Do i need to uninstall origin, then go and delete the DownloadCache folder? I logged off origin then went in and deleted the file, but when I went back to sign in it continued the grey boxes. Also is there suppose to be no files in the DownloadCache folder?
