I bought an elite player pack and it never appeared

This has happened before in previous years.  After waiting hours the pack awards would pop up to open.  This is day 3 I believe and no awards in site.  Do we get out 50k back in this case?

Hey @1GODALLAH if you are missing items that you should have then the best thing to do is speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.
