HI Thank you for your concern, After consulting EA services I found that I had not purchased the base game of battlefront. However I was given a refund for my season pass I was offered a 15% discount code, I was in a rush and the service was slow being given multiple incorrect discount codes I decided to leave it, saving £3 was not worth the hassel.

same here i bought gf4 premium and in Order history it sais uder status Competed.

But bf4 still wont show if i re log or re install or just refresh

You bought the Premium Membership without owning the base game. This won't show up in Origin.

To be able to play this you will also need to purchase the Battlefield 4 base game. Once purchased, right-click BF4 from within Origin and select Game Details to view and download your Premium content.

If you purchased a DLC and it doesn't show up in your games, here's what to do:

Go to your "My Games" tag

Right click on the base game for the DLC

Click "View Game Details"

Scroll through the DLCs at the bottom. The one you purchased should be there with the option to download it.
