Would you have noted down your Backup codes?

This will require account changes so the support team will need to speak with you through phone or chat, please chose one of those options.

The Backup Codes are finite. It'd be use them to reset where your verification codes are being sent too seeing as you're not getting those emails. That way you'll be able to receive the codes you're meant to be getting to verify your logins vs using up the backup codes until there's no more and still being stuck after
