m just trying to buy Battlefield 1 whilst it's on sale and it shows up with this error on both Origins browser and App:

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SUGGETS ANY SOLUTIONS OR TIPS TO SOLVE THIS PLEASE!? ASAP

Hey @VengefulBiscuit and @Sremegoso can you ensure that all your account details are set correctly and that the info you are entering related to your card is identical to that which your bank or card issuer has on file.
If the issue remains then the best thing to do is speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

I've been having this issue (same error message) when trying to purchase anything on Origin, tried everything including reinstalling Origin. This is the 3rd thread i've replied to where people are having the same issue but there doesn't seem to be any solution as of yet!!
Really hoping this gets solved soon because i've already missed out on games/packs that were on offer.
