Hey @Nuttawet,
If you have an existing EA Account you can connect it with your Steam account to carry your progress over to games that you own in Steam. For more information on how to link the accounts check out the EA Help website.
If you're asking if it's possible to connect your Origin account to Discord like you can with some other platforms, I'm afraid not. That sort of option doesn't exist at the moment.
