How long will it take for an email about banned accounts

I was wondering when I will get a reply to my email about my banned account on fifa 20 ? Does anyone know how long it could take ?

If it's it can take more time with corona virus before they answer in the 7 days after sending mail.

Forever! ToS never replies to bans or replies as “your account has actioned correctly” which is very annoying.

Our TOS team aims to respond within 72 hours @harrytyson878 but with the current worldwide pandemic, things may take  a little longer than normal. Cases are worked in the number they come in so if you have appealed a TOS decision then the best thing to do is to give them time to investigate.
