How long does Origin take to install

I was having these same issues. Once I went somewhere with better internet connection it downloaded a lot faster

did you ever figure this out for some reason it isn't finishing the install on mine either.

I tried running as administrator, and left origin install on overnight, and it doesn't show a progress bar and it's bee installing for 12 hours :/ What am I doing wrong? Should I restart the download and install?

If the download is stuck @PearlSushi then you need to ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.

Thank you! I got it downloaded! It was extra tasks in tasks manager I had to shut down

If Origin is taking a lot of time to update @POPINLIPGLOSS then this could be a connection issue. It normally takes just a couple of seconds to update for me.

Have you tried anything to improve your connection?
