How do I mute one player and not the other and how do I report someone?

I had a an extremely foul player called WeedSavesL1ves who was extremely abusive through the game because we weren't doing exactly as he wanted. of course he died first and the rest of us went on to place 2nd in that match.

But it was relentless and if he wasn't swearing at me all game I think we might have won. How can I mute a player in game? and seriously this guy needs an immediate ban.

I'll assume you're on about Apex Legends since you didn't say but mentioned placing second.

If that's the case, every player has the same IGN as they do for their Origin account, so just find him and report him.

But don't get your hopes up about EA doing anything about it

Thank you very much, I'm very new to origin and forgot there were other games. I'm really not impressed with EA to be honest.
