Hi! I haven’t received my free loan icon player in fifa 21

Hi! I signed up for the email on November 11 but still haven’t received my loan player. Like many others I was hoping I’d be able to play with zidane or Ronaldo in the friendlies. I spoke to a few nice support workers and they said posting here would help expedite receiving attention from devs.

Hey @pierrebonnard69 for issues with missing items you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

the call options only offer us/canada options for number prefixes. I am in Australia. What should I do?

Hey @pierrebonnard69 have you checked to ensure that your country is set correctly on the help.ea.com page?

If not can you go ahead and change it.
