Help with sims 4

I uninstalled my game.  Now I can't redownload sims 4 back in. 

What am I doing wrong ?

I followed the directions and nothing has changed.

@RachelF5  Does your computer run Windows or macOS, and which version?  Do you get any error messages when you try to download?

A lot of users are having problem since last week with downloading games and a workaround for them is to disable the Origin Client Service in the Services Control Panel. Maybe you can try that to see if that allow you to download The Sims 4.
