Help with logging into account

Hey guys, I'll keep it short. I want to change my email for my account, since I can't log into that email anymore. I tried with the chat, but failed because I don't remember what fake name I put in or something.

I still know my account's email, password, username, IP addresses used, purchase history, 4 digits of the credit card and secret question and answer. Is there any hope of actually getting my account back?
