Help! i cant download origin onto my pc!

HELP!!!!

I cant see to be able to get Origin to download onto my pc and cant even get the sims4 to download! can anyone help?

Also i am not very good with computers so i can get confused easily

Hey @annelise1992 what is happening when you try to install Origin?

Are you downloading the installer from origin.com and then running it?

If so are you seeing an error message? 

The more info we have the better we can help.

I do that and its not letting me get the game I just bought. however when I do press run I get the error msg
