Help! Sims 4 DLC is gone!

Somebody help. I've come back on after a bit of a break from gaming and all the DLC I had for Sims 4 is gone! Does anybody know whats going on?!

Have you made sure that you logged into the correct EA account? If you have any activation codes for the missing DLCs, you might also try to contact our live support and request their help
