I have an EA account since many years and I do not really remember why. I think I played FIFA14 on PC or fifa 10 on mobile phone. Anyways I am not active on my account anymore since many years. 2 days ago, I recieved many emails about something that I booked or ordered and about money they took from me (6.000 korean WON). I do not really know what is going on. The emails were in Korean and I had to google translate. I hope they did not take money from my bank account. The truth is that I have not bought or ordered anything, I have nothing to do with Korea, I have not even logged in my account since many years and I do not want any problems or loss of money! EA recognized that something is wrong and banned my account. I do not ask for an unban or something. If it helps you can even delete my account. My Username is Michiyolo99. Please tell me how to fix the problem or fix it for me! Thank you whoever can help me
