A Hacker in Battlefield 3

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but I'm going to give it a shot.

To explain, I was playing Battlefield 3 yesterday and i found a hacker playing there.

So I decided to record him using the hack, then I uploaded the recording to Youtube.

The player in question is called IDKWTFIST.

I apologize for the poor quality of the video, but it's the best I can do.

I hope this video is enough proof.

I hope this person can be banned as soon as possible because he is ruining all the fun.

The date this event happened:  28/7/2019 in the evening hours of the day.
