Hacked Account Case

I created a case for a banned account which i then got an email from EA saying that there was unusual activity on my account and it was suspended. I clicked on the link in the email and it brought me to my case but when I clicked on select contact option it would not let me select a contact option and it does not create a hacked account case. I'm trying to get my account back but EA's website is being very buggy. Thank you in advance if you are able to help.
