Greyed out game on origin account. Unable to download [ Edited ]

Hi ya, 

I recently purchased Little Misfortune, but the game is greyed out and it doesn't download. I uninstalled and reinstalled origin, but I am still unable to download. Please note that I have the latest os software & origin update, and I have other games on my account, which are all working fine.

Also, the payment was confirmed by origin and my bank, so y'all got my $. Where's my game?! Please help!

Hi @gavila365, 

When you have a chance can you try clearing out the Origin cache to see if that helps at all? If there's a problem with the client's cached data that may help fix the issue.
