Game overlay disabled and very poor support

Chat advisors are rubbish, after 59 minutes of repeating what was already stated, Gabriel (advisor) decided to cut me off. Contacted again and got Gabriel (according to that agent it's a different gabriel and they dissapeard after 19 minutes or so. ORIGIN YOU SUCK!

I wanted to be able to invite friends to a game, but can't because game overlay is disabled when it isn't. In the time wasted in getting precious little support I bought two steam games, installed and setup. in less time it took to report the fault that you are obviously not able to fix and are jacking me off so, HOW DO I GET REFUNDS FOR ALL MY PURCHASES THAT I CANNOT USE?

I have a right mouse issue in BF4 and 5.
The zoom won't work. I can't get them to help me with a solution.
Should be an easy fix if they had decent support.
