Game missing from account

Hello, I recently got a new laptop and downloaded origin on it but when I opened origin it didn’t show the sim which I had gotten and played on my old laptop. When I reload origin it says the server is down and when I try to register the game is says the code has been used. I don’t know what to do or how to get my game back.

@quinnbubbles  Do you mean that your Sims game isn't showing in your library, or that the sims you created and played with aren't on your new computer?  Does your computer run Windows or macOS, and which version?  (To find out on a Mac, click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your screen and select About This Mac.)
