Game freezes and I lose RP

So my game froze, didn't crash or anything like that, it just froze at legends selection. I get kicked from the server after like 20-30 sec, the game doesn't reconnect me in the match, I get rank ban for 10 min and I lose RP. My question is who to blame ?

Definetly system because my discord, steam etc were working perfectly fine in this moment, and my PC was working perfectly fine, only the game froze

For system-related issues @Dufyas it's best to start troubleshooting your device, checking everything is up to date, nothing is running that should not, etc.

I updated all my drivers yesterday, and its not that it happens regularly, its just this one time, the problem is that the game itself crashes yet I get penalty like I do it on purpose
