I bought a game on origin but haven't used it in a while and its disappeared from my library and when I click on it it wont work 
Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Fabiop1977.
It could be a case that you have filtered your My Game Library, can you check your filters and ensure that they are all clear so nothing is hidden.
It can also be an issue with having more than one EA account, if you have a secondary of even more accounts then you may have redeemed your code to an account other than your primary and as such it is worth taking a couple of minutes to check your different emails to see if any work.
