Game Missing from Library

I went to go play my Sims 4 when I looked for in my library, I couldn't find it in my game library. The rest of my games were there except Sims 4.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Miriya2003 .

It could be a case that you have filtered your My Game Library, can you check your filters and ensure that they are all clear so nothing is hidden.

It can also be an issue with having more than one EA account, if you have a secondary of even more accounts then you may have redeemed your code to an account other than your primary and as such it is worth taking a couple of minutes to check your different emails to see if any work.

If you cannot locate the game or any other accounts then please reach out to our live support who will be able to look into your account.

It might also be worth reloading. (Press origin at the top left then press the reload button in the menu that comes up).

There's also been some issues day with the game library, so restarting the entire program (including logging in from scratch) could work as well. This happened to me with my copy of Mass Effect 3, after a complete restart it came up though.

I have the same problem! I got signed out and when I came back sims 4 was gone! i do not have the code
