Game Disappeared

I recently bought Fifa 2019 from G2A and I had played it a few times, but tonight I went to play and the game was removed from my library and I can't use the CD key to get it back. Please help I'm not really sure what's happening.

I had bought the sims 4 and I hadn't played it in a little while, but when I went up to play it I could not find the game in my game library.  I can not get my game back and I aslo bought the cats and dogs extension pack. How do I get it back?

Same thing for me too. I had Sims 4 and a few expansions. And a few other games. They're all gone. All my saves, all my data.

Yeah I bought Sims 4 for my laptop on the EA app a while ago and it’s disappeared from my library. It’s trying to make me pay again to get onto the game. It hasn’t been refunded or anything, the payment is still on my payment history on my bank card app.
