GUID Hacked, what do I do to continue playing Origin Multiplayer?

As above, my GUID has been hacked.

I don't want a stock/bot answer telling me that any Punkbuster issues are to be taken up with Evenbalance.

Evenbalance told me I was hacked, so I know that already.

What I want Origin to tell me is what I have to do now to continue playing BF3 online on Punkbuster servers.

PunkBuster bans/suspensions can only be overturned by Even Balance. If your GUID is still showing up as banned, please reach out to Even Balance again.
