Fut issue! We are sorry but there’s a problem connecting to FUT 20...

Hi, Im having an issue with FUT, i can’t connect to it. It’s keep saying this message: “We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA 20 Ultimate Team... I need a solution, i’ve already re-installed the game and nothing. Pls help i dont know what i have to do.

I can’t connect with any account, even i just created to see if it works that way. Pls help.

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @BBD_Z11. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
