Fifa 23 Stuck at %35 (Playable Level) 0/Sec

Can't download Fifa 23 on my Origin Account. It always get stuck in %35 (Playable limit) and not move towards 15.9 GB. I really don't know what to do here. Fifa 23 is already installed from Steam but this one is seperate from Steam and is a Origin game so it really shouldn't be the case. When I try to continue downloading after %35, it says 0 B/sec and does not change..

Hey @fizyundisputed, can you ensure that you are running Origin as administrator and that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.

If that was the case I do not understand how am I able to download Battlefield 3 for example with no issues. @EA_Darko

Every game is different @fizyundisputed, a game getting stuck like this is either a system or network issue.

Testing this as I type and on 87% for FIFA 23.

@EA_Darko I can confirm this is not a network issue. The download gets stuck at %35 when it is preparing to play for Playable demo of the game. Everything is fine until it hits %35.

Can be seen above. After a while, the game moves to" Completed" section.

If you are sure it is not a network issue @fizyundisputed then this points to a system issue.

What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have tried deleting caches in appdata & roaming. I would like to be sure before uninstalling Origin.

Can this problem be caused by trying to have 2 Fifa 23s on the same PC?

I already have a Steam version connected to another origin account.

But on this account, I have bought from Origin directly. @EA_Darko
