Fifa 21 code error

Hey, everyone! So basically what happened is that i preordered fifa 21 on discs. As soon as I got it , I started downloading it and went out to eat. By the time I got back the download stopped( not finished, stopped!) and when i wanted to continue downloading it said that my code has already been used. What do I do?

Hey @dobovavi are you downloading the game from Origin? If so you can just open up My Game Library and download your game from there.

You only need to enter the code once, once redeemed to an account you will no longer need to enter it.

I just checked and i dont have it in my library!

Hey @dobovavi, it may be the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.
