Fallen order purchased through origin error

I bought the game last year through origin and got about 8 hours of fun with it. It stopped working a while back and I've tried everything to get it working. I just redownloaded on new pc and still get same issue. It starts to load, then opens up epic store. Then nothing happens. That's it

Hey @Gh0st_Kniif3 can you share what you are seeing when this error occurs?

Did you definitely purchase the game through Origin and not perhaps through the Epic store as I cannot think of any other reason why that would open when launching the game.
