Failed Friend Request

My brother and I can't add each other as friends. We don't see each other's requests (and I've set my profile to public), and after I restarted origin, I can't even send him one...

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @mrborregaard.

Is it possible to set your phone as a hotspot and connect through it? I've seen a number of users having issues with the friend requests due to a router or ISP issue so would like to try so as to this to see what happens.

Try to:

Log out of the app 
Log out of the website (If you're not in the website go to it and sign in and back out)

Close both the app (Logged out) and Website

Log in to the website 

Go to your account

Check Friends add friend

Log back in to the app. 

Hope it will be ok after that.
