FIFA 19 Missing Pack

I have yet to receive compensation for the Premium Gold Players pack that players got from the Kit SBC earlier in the week. EA gave people who got an untradeable version of the pack a tradeable version but I haven't gotten mine and am hoping to get it resolved.
