Expansion and Game Packs are saying Restart to use

Hey everyone,

My Expansion and game packs are saying Restart to use. I have repaired my game restarted Origin and uninstalled and re downloaded origin. Help Please!

I am playing SIMS 4 on a PC laptop, Windows 7, and the expansion is Cats & Dogs.

Hey @MojoRose420 let's try repairing your Sims game from the My Game Library. You can do this by opening your My Game Library and then right-clicking on the Sims game tile and selecting repair.

This will then check your install files for any issues and should it find any repair them.

I've got the same problem for 3 months now. Tried everything nothing helps/works! Repair 3 times, app recovery nothing helps. Game keeps saying restart to use.
