Excess money taken from my credit card

I bought the Sims 4 stuff pack. The discount was 55 TL per unit. I bought 2 pieces. While it was supposed to charge 110 TL from my credit card, 170 TL was withdrawn. I want to give back. Or refund the overdrawn money please.
