Error when buying things from store

I'm trying to buy an expansion and i get this error:

 [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/store-cart-purchase-client/offerEntries?storeId=Store-O... 400 (Bad Request)]

I chatted with someone on a EA chat support and they gave me a bunch of steps which was very easy and it still didnt work They were even kind enough to give me a discount which i cannot use because origins gives me another error. I can't legit not buy anything in the origins app and using chrome.

First of all, I'm sorry for the late reply here, but I just wanted to make sure if you're still encountering this problem with our Origin Store? I took a quick look at your account and saw a successful purchase after you had reported this issue.
