Error starting installation

Hello, I bought Need for speed Undercover on Origin a few days ago. When I want to install the game, I choose the language and location, then Origin crash and I can't install the game.

Let's see if we can get the installation running for you again. Can you please try clearing your Origin cache to see if it allows you to the installation stage? Please let me know how it goes.
