Error code 327683:0 What should I do?

Quite foolishly I uninstalled a game on origin which subsequently was deleted on my pc (I hadn't realised it would be gone so fast) and yesterday began to reinstall it. It charged around up to 30% whilst I was using it and I left it on throughout the night assuming it would be finished by the time I wake up, however when I checked it again this morning it said 'finalizing'. I clicked the download menu and tried to download it multiple times however it kept coming up with; 'An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327683:0' I have tried every method in the book other than deleting origin as the word 'finalizing'  had me waiting for it to just finish. Any other tips or should I just delete origin altogether and download it again?

Can you try clearing Cache?

If that doesn't work, then yes, I would try uninstalling / reinstalling the Origin Client.
