Error FUT

Hello, i have this error: “please note that you can only play fifa ultimate team on one device at a time. your fut session on this system has been closed, as you are already playing on a newer generation system.” When i try to play FUT on ps4. Can you help me?

Been two hours with EA support for same issue...saying I'm playing on a newer generation system. They done absolutely nothing. Useless
