Error Code 14:-8 when Installing Origin

I am trying to install origin but when I do, it comes up with a "can't connect to origin services" with an error code of 14:-8. I can't find the meaning to this code anywhere and I don't know what's wrong. Help?

non of these advices was helpful i can´t even load origin website so my friend sent me origin setup and theres 14-8 code.Im using laptop, ethernet cable and nothing changed when i used pc
