Error 327684:3 after downloading any game

I try reinstall game 10. times but wont work.
Reinstalled origin wont work.
DirectX okay,

no windows update problem i no have new update.
.NET framework is to okay...
I try to delete game evrwhere but still it not work
I play game with no original torrent, but want multiplayer with friend.... 
I think i waste my freaking money for this.....................
please help & fix it....

wont work vcx86 install manually.....
I download game, a say me error. okay.
I restart origin download button switch to install, install wont work with this vc installing manually....

EDIT: Without any dlc, only normal natural game issue.
