First of all, I want to tip my hat to EA for completely abandoning any and all reasonable forms of tech support. This is great.
So I own Simcity, titanfall, etc etc etc that I bought YEARS ago... now when I log into origin it says I don't own any games.... even though I have them installed and receipts in my email.
The receipts are in my gmail account, but the username on this account I'm signing into with is going into my 30 year old AOL account.... I think my primary account (gmail) was compromised.... but I need to speak on the talky talky to someone about this.
Sorry, but this * has taken more of my saturday that I'm willing to give.... Is there any actual tech support out there? Or is EA currently also turning that into a micro transaction?

@heffe_the_Boss Support offers live chat 24/7, at least in English. (I'm not sure about the schedules for other languages.) Calls are also available during business hours in the U.S, and U.K. If your browser isn't connecting, clear its cache or use a different browser.

@heffe_the_Boss Most likely you have your game library on on your old AOL account & you will need to ask for MERGER or "COMBINING EA ACCOUNTS"... see what I mean at the following link:
