Empty Games library

Hey

My games Library is showing up as completely empty, it's not even showing up that I have purchased any games, even though I should have multiple games and expansions, that I have bought both online and from stores.

Hey all, it may be the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

Hello. I have the same problem and I have no idea what to do. Except for one, I had all purchased online, so I can't reload the code. I'm pretty upset. I hope it comes back soon. Otherwise we were robbed of games.
