Lol I’ve been trying to contact them everyday for the last month after being told by one of their advisors my problem would be fixed. For some reason I can’t access my transfer market or transfer list and once I was finally able to make contact, I was told my case was apparently “ escalated and would be fixed soon as long as I don’t resume it again” as this would mean it would go to the back of the que. Here we are god knows how long after. Still not able to access the transfer market. Gotta love this game

There is nothing more that you can do but give them time.
