Ea games wont load not able to play at all

 i have downloaded origin and need for speed payback and another game.

They are very slow to load, I am able to hear the background music while they load however it is very slow to load and never actually reaches to game play.

I am trying to play the games on a recently bought laptop i5 intel 8th gen with plenty of harddrive space free, over 900gb remaining.

I have tried to go on properties and unticked windows compatibility box as well as tried to run the games as administrator, nothing I have tried so far has worked.

Please assist me so I can play the games, if you need anymore info from me please let me know.
