Ea Account Disabled For Ps4 - EA won’t help
Ea. Every Time I log in to play an ea game on my ps4 account it says my account has been disabled. Because of this I can’t use any online game modes/features even though I have ps plus and bought these games so that I could play online. It won’t even let me sign in to ea which makes me think u guys banned my PlayStation account from ea games? When I contacted you twice you responded with the exact same automated response. “We checked the account you used to send this email but it didn’t have any bans or suspensions on it”. Please respond quickly and tell me what is actually the problem.

We are unable to assist with account issues or actions on Answers HQ. We have a dedicated TOS team that handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts.
You will need to reach out to them with the account tied to your PSN to have this looked into, it may take some time to see a response so be sure to keep an eye on your email.
