ERROR CODE 20:99

Hello I am trying to update to the newest version of Origin but I get this error number 20:99 can someone please help me

Hi @Delton3030,

Please exit Origin, use the task manager if you need to.

Do a Clean Boot.

Disable any firewall or antivirus that may not be disabled on a clean boot.

Run Origin as Administrator.

Let us know if that gets it updated and working for you.

No hablo ingles pero si puedes traducir el mensaje.

Yo lo solucioné de la siguiente manera, ingresa en el siguiente link.

Mostrará error y te enviará a instalar el archivo offline "OriginSetup.exe"

Con ello podrás instalar la vesion actualizada de Origin y jugar tus juegos!

still with the same problem

exactly what i had.

if it worked fine up until the latest update (like myself)

- run the origin client in compatibility mode (I ran it as win8 and admin)

- had me frustrated for quite a few hours

works fine for me now.

Passei MESMO Erro chato pra caramba, resolvi Só DESATIVANDO o antivírus na hora da Atualização que no meu Caso é o Avast, nada mais.
