EA pls help how to launch Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville™ for PC

Hi All,

we have just bought Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville™ Season’s Eatingz Edition for PC on the Origin website. The download was perfect, but we are not able to launch the game. We push the Play button, but nothing happens.

What do we do wrong? What should we do else?

Does it launch and crash or is it a case that nothing at all happens?

@EA_Darko the same happened to me.
i click play, and it just turns to a dark screen for a long time
i think i attached a DxDiag (im not sure it worked)
