Star Wars Fallen Order shuts down saying that my trial is up when in fact I've never had a trial and bought the game a couple weeks ago

Can I ask, are you an Origin Access member or have you been in the past?

It appears from your post that you may have downloaded the trial version of the game rather that the full version.
