EA has constant problems

Every single time that I try to play a game from EA, I have to go to EA help and chat with support to even have a chance at playing the game. Whether it's EA not sending me an email to verify my account every single time or EA randomly banning my account for no reason. No history of offenses or anything and haven't even played the game in a long time. Makes zero sense and I gotta say that I truly hate EA right now.
