Hi, @Erstes
It looks like you could upgrade to the latest build of Windows 10. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates. Your GPU driver is from 2018 so you'll want to make sure that's updated, it can be downloaded for free here.
After updating the PC and GPU driver, try uninstalling Origin and re-download the latest version here.

I upgraded today to the latest Windows and upgraded my GPU, uninstalled Origin, reinstalled Origin and get the same error message. I really think there's an activation bug in the latest version. Have you tried to delete a game from your computer, download it again, and activate it?
